Te-selskabet / The tea-party...

When we came home from vacation again, my mom got a little busy.

As you may know my mom is with the Odd Fellows in Holbaek. Once a year,  Holbaek Museum is organizing a tea party where all associations in Holbaek can participate and tell about their work.

Of course  my mom attended along with some of the others from the lodge to tell about their work with humanitarian purposes.

The museum served all sorts of different kinds of tea and the associations served their homemade cakes.

Uheldigvis regnede det den dag.
Unfortunately, it rained that day.
Men der var alligevel meget underholdning. Her et sækkepibeorkester.
But there was still a lot of entertainment. Here a bagpipe band.

It was a good thing there were large umbrellas.
Luckily we were at home with dad. We were quite tired at the thought of standing in a museum in the rain.
You have to have a picture of the museum what it look like in sunshine.

  1. Rain! We don't go out in rain. If peeps want to stand around in it, that's up to them. We'd be on that couch, too. But we're glad lots of people DID brave the wet to be there.
