Mors fødselsdag / Mom's birthday

Min mor har lige haft fødselsdag. Derfor kom hele vores dejlige familie til fødselsdags kaffe og kage. I år var hun dog så doven, at hun bestilte det hele hos bageren (undtagen kaffen selvfølgelig).
Det blev det nu ikke dårligere af, tværtimod. Mor er ikke den bedste bager i verden, så disse kager og boller var perfekte.

My mom has just had her birthday. Therefore  all our lovely familymembers came for birthday coffee and cake. This year, however, she was so lazy that she ordered it all at the bakery (except for the coffee of course).
It wasn't the worst thing, on the contrary. Mom is not the best cake baker in the world, so these cakes and muffins were perfect.

Vi fik lov at smage, men først til allersidst. Og kun en småkage og lidt af bollerne.

We did get to taste, but not until the very end. And only a biscuit and some of the buns.
