Gåtur.

In English down below.

Hun fotograferer udsigten ind over byen.

In English:
Walking.

The other Monday we were out for a walk in the lovely, almost spring weather. Our municipality has made a nice dirt road, only for walking and cycling, where we can go from the foreland and all into the town. A trip of 6 km. I thought it was a great idea to drive out to the dirt road so we could walk.
Here I drag my dad. He does not walk so fast yet after his knee operation, so I pull him.
In the meadow were a lot of graylags. Yum ... I think a little of dinner, drool!!
There is a beautiful view.
I'm waiting while my mom take some pictures.
She photographs the view over the city.
Sometimes I even see another dog while waiting.
I am a bit of a fighter, so I must not be without a leash. By the way, no dogs are allowed to be without a leash at that place.
Our car is waiting for us. We have met a lot of people with dogs. It was so cozy.
And we have seen that the lapwing is here now. It is spring!

Smil.

In English down below.

In English:

Smile.

After my mom read this blog post yesterday: http://www.boccibeefs.com/ and saw the amazing video with all the smiling animals, she came to think of an article she read in the newspaper the other day.

It has, by MRI scanned dogs which had been trained to lie completely still, found that both dogs and humans have a particular area of the brain that processes sounds and feelings. This means that both dogs and humans can read emotions in a voice, such as anger or joy. It is believed that the similarities in the brain explains why dogs are so good at understanding their owners.

My mom will, of course, immediately test the theory.

These are the dogs who have been trained to lie completely still in a MRI-scanner.
She tells me that I have to smile like the animals in the video.
What do you say .... you want to see my profile???
I can dance a little ... well, either not????
Okay....is it kissing you want???
Ohhh .... I have to smile .... you  just could tell me!!!

She says that it may well be that we have the same feelings as humans, but not the same language! Daaahh, I could have told her that.

Agerhøns.

In English down below.

Her i januar måned da det stadig var vinter her hvor jeg bor, opdagede jeg at der gik nogle agerhøns ude på marken.

Mmmmm, agerhøns!!
Mor skynd dig at komme.

In English:

Partridges

Here in January, when it was still winter here where I live, I discovered some partridges in the field.

Nom nom, partridges!!
Hurry up mom, we can eat those partridges, nom nom!!
Oh no, now I'm found. We cant not manage to catch them now, mom!!
Now it is telling all the other partridges, there is a hungry dog in the window!!
Hmm! That was that dinner, runaway partridge!!

If only my mom wasn't so slowly, we would have been able to catch them.

Mit vand i vandfadet.

In English:

Water bowl...

I have my water in a wash bowl. Then I can drink all the water I want. I can also waste a bit of it out of my mouth. There is certainly always water on the floor when I've been drinking.
Sometimes I get so tired of the water. Then I really want to try something new.
My water in the wash bowl.

Fresh water - um maybe - from "dish". Difficult because it requires my mom and dad leave the bathroom door open.

Finally, someone who understand what a dog need!!!

I wish I can have such a water bowl for my birthday.

Hospitalet.

English down below.

In English:

The Hospital.

Yesterday my dad was at the hopspital to see the doctor who did the surgery of his iron knee. It was the last time before they would declare: All well. It was pretty exciting.
My father had to lie on a couch without his long pants.
The doctor bends my father's legs and presses the knee to see if it felt right.
Then he lifts my father's leg and bend it completely. It did hurt very much and my dad said a lot of noises.
The doctor said the knee was really firmly into the bone as it should be.
He was really happy and said that from now, there was no such thing as a bad knee, because everything was so fine. It was quite normal that my dad still got some pain in the knee.
My mom was happy, my dad was happy and I was happy, especially because there is no such thing as a bad knee anymore.
My dad said that the doctor should have talked more directly to the iron knee, because it was not aware that it did not hurt anymore.

Summary he he.
